TASTING NOTES: Purple colour with purplish notes. Nose: scrubland, red fruit. Franck mouth attack on the blueberry. Sharp final on the red fruit. Consume young at 18°.

PAIRING: Provençal cuisine, grilled meats, grilled fish, brie cheese.
