Marc de Provence

Marc is the alcohol distilled from the cobs of our grapes. Aged in old oak barrels to soften the 40 ° alcohol. The slow conservation work gives it varied aromas of gingerbread, caramelized almond and dried fruit.

Digestive: ‘Trou Provençal’.
Dessert: Lime, Sorbets
